This Sweepstakes is sponsored by DP3Band, a New Jersey-based entertainment company. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of DP3Band, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older and have a confirmed wedding date taking place in New Jersey. Employees of DP3Band, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning 7/22/2025 11:59pm EST and ending 7/23/2025 11:59pm EST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, scan the official QR code and complete the online entry form during the Entry Period. Only one (1) entry per couple is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of DP3Band and will not be returned.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A 5-piece live wedding band performance provided by DP3Band for up to 2 hours at their wedding in New Jersey.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000.
Prize includes performance time only. It does not include travel outside of New Jersey, special equipment rentals, lighting, MC services, or additional musicians.

5. Prize Restrictions

  • Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

  • Must be used for a wedding taking place in New Jersey with a confirmed date.

  • Subject to availability. Certain blackout dates may apply.

  • Winner must book the service within 14 days of being notified or prize will be forfeited.

  • Event date must fall within 12 months of winner selection date.

  • Winner must sign a standard performance agreement with DP3Band to redeem the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by DP3Band within 5 days after the close of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 3 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow DP3Band to use their name, wedding date, city, and wedding photos/videos (if shared) for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

DP3Band reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. DP3Band is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, human error, technical malfunctions, or lost/delayed data transmission.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless DP3Band, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with this Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and, if opted in, for promotional contact from DP3Band. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
